- Donald Trump teased some of America’s most powerful executives at the signing of his preliminary trade deal with China on Wednesday.
- “I sign things, and the next night, I see them on eBay,” the president jokingly complained to eBay’s interim CEO, Scott Schenkel. “Sometimes it’s the senators and the congressmen that do it.”
- “It’s not your fault. You just got here,” Trump assured Boeing’s new CEO, David Calhoun, referring to the airplane maker’s 737 Max troubles.
