Movement Mortgage has a new East Coast growth director, according to a press release from the company on Wednesday.

Justin Caplan is taking on the role. He is tasked with leading and supporting market expansion, along with strengthening recruiting and leadership development.

Caplan, who has 30 years of industry experience, has funded more than $1 billion in home loans and spent the past 12 years as growth president at Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group, where he helped the company expand across the Southeast.

Before that, Caplan was a branch manager for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, per his LinkedIn account.
