There’s nothing quite like getting an aerial view of New York City… except, perhaps, getting one all to yourself with almost no barrier.
Gothamist recently got a peek of the Empire State Building’s tiny private balcony. It sits just one floor above a closed-in public observation deck on the 102nd floor and a few flights up from the famous open-air deck on the 86th floor, each $52 and $32, respectively, to visit.
