UPDATE 1-United Airlines' CEO has heart transplant, may return later than expected

Jan 6 (Reuters) – United Continental Holdings Inc said in a statement that Chief Executive Oscar Munoz underwent a heart transplant on Wednesday, but it expects him to return to the helm of the second-largest U.S. airline by the spring.
