Philadelphia (Reuters) – Lawyers for disgraced comedian Bill Cosby on Tuesday will urge a Pennsylvania judge to throw out criminal charges of sexual assault against him, arguing that the case violates a prosecutor’s decade old agreement not to charge Cosby.
