In a place already known for its close encounters with airplanes, this might be one of the closest ever.

Video posted online last month showed a PAWA Dominicana flight coming so close to people at Maho Beach on Saint Martin that it almost looked like they could touch the MD-83 aircraft:

The description on YouTune said the incident took place on January 6 as the plane approached Princess Juliana International Airport.
