Guaranteed Rate Affinity, a joint venture between Guaranteed Rate Inc. and Anywhere Integrated Services, on Thursday announced the promotion of Jaime Joyce to chief operations and strategy officer.

Joyce, who has been in the mortgage industry for more than two decades, began her career as a processor in 2002. She most recently served as the firm’s executive vice president of operations, where she was tasked with strengthening cross-functional collaboration and helping employees to improve business performance.
