Rocket Companies and Redfin on Tuesday released a teaser for their upcoming Super Bowl LX commercial, featuring Lady Gaga performing “Won’t You Be My Neighbor?”, the theme song from Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood.

The ad will mark Redfin’s first appearance in a Super Bowl broadcast since the company’s founding 20 years ago, Rocket said in its announcement. Rocket says the campaign will focus on themes of home, community and connection.

The 60-second commercial is scheduled to air during the Super Bowl and centers on a narrative about neighbors and shared community, accompanied by Gaga’s rendition of the song.
